Refund Policy for Digital Products
Your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that a program may not be the perfect fit for everyone. Therefore, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our digital courses.
If you purchase a digital course and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed the course videos, or accessed all course materials. Please submit your refund request in writing to hello@jacquievannart.com.
Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
After the 30-day period has passed, we are unable to offer a refund.
