4. Client Testimonials Privacy and discretion are pillars of this practice. Any testimonials, reviews, or success stories you provide will only be used on our website or social media pages with your explicit, written approval. We will contact you via email with a specific request and will only use your feedback once we have your clear and documented consent.

5. Refund Policy for The Strategy Collection Your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that a program may not be the perfect fit for everyone. Therefore, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our Boutique Intensives.

If you purchase a digital intensive and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course modules or accessed the downloadable blueprints. Please submit your refund request in writing to hello@jacquievannart.com.

6. Private Strategy Sessions Because our 20-minute and 50-minute private strategy sessions are limited and in high demand, these sessions are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session via our booking system up to 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations within the 24-hour window will result in a forfeited session.

7. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
